FS: Motorola XTVA for XTS3000/XTS5000
I have 1 brand new XTVA to sell, all items brand new in original boxes most not even opened. Picked it up a few years ago with all intentions of installing but never got around to it and no longer have any use for it. As stated, this unit is brand new, not a mark on any of it, and includes all the b...

Re: The passing of Lee Norrish
Was good to see you both there, good to put faces to the names after all these years! I commented to someone earlier tonight that I think the turnout was a fitting tribute to Lee, and a demonstration of how highly respected he is in the community. Dare I say I feel it will be impossible for any one ...

Re: The passing of Lee Norrish
Thanks Richard, good timing, I was just about to put this up here myself as I noticed it hadn't been posted as yet.
Sure to be a very sombre day for all, i've no doubt the show of support for Lee and his family will be nothing short of incredible.

Re: The passing of Lee Norrish
I also heard the news quite early this morning. Lee was a great bloke and a good mate, did a hell of a lot for a lot of people, and it's sad that his talents and abilities as well as his dedication to assisting several community organisations have gone relatively unnoticed until his passing. There a...

Re: Channel X
I'm noticing that this thread has drifted a little from the original topic. I think there are some important discussions here that need to be had in the interests of the community, maybe someone moving the part of this thread thats drifted to a more appropriate location might be of benefit to all......

Re: Channel X
No - its a complete API... It lets you see more than just RIDs. So - if I shouldn't be advertising ti cause it lets people see RIDs (heaven forbid!) then perhaps we need to ban Unitrunker, Trunker, remove those forums, etc etc as these applications also give these kind of details away too. Not havi...

Re: Channel X
So let me get this right, the application / libraries referred to above allow you to see the RID of the radio transmitting? That pretty much sum it up..?? Don't anyone take this personally as it's not meant to offend, but I'm confused as to the point of an application like this. It'd be essentially ...

Re: Channel X
Hi Grant, It will also make importing non-ASK programmed radios unattractive as well. That takes us back to our friend who has been buying lots of radios in the US... this will stuff him. He can buy radios from the US and put them on the network but since he doesn't have the key they are pretty use...
