Another one has been added over the Xmas break. Different repeater owner and operator this time (just to mix it up a bit rather than putting all the P25 eggs in one basket lol). Peter and myself made a few discoveries about how these beasts operate as it was setup and installed. There will be some interesting things to come :)

This one is in mixed mode - 91.5Hz tone for analog and P25 digital with NAC 293 to access.

Output:- 438.2750Mhz
Input:- 432.8750Mhz

Repeater location is Berowra, NSW - callsign VK2RWS.

Interesting.... the ACMA database shows it is licenced to WICEN, by the way it is 438.2750 output & 433.2750 input & the WIA repeater list as of 03-01-2010 still lists VK2RWS still at Chatswood.

Yes it is licensed to WICEN indeed... and yeah, thanks for the correction. I somehow managed to get it right when I programmed the repeater but messed up the pair when I listed it here :)

WIA repeater list is way out of date in some aspects - eg it lists VK2RLD at Razorback when that repeater hasn't been there for over 15 years..

What is the coverage from Berowra like on P25? I might come up on P25 tomorrow using an XTS5K from out Penrith way- would like to see how good it goes.

Cheers,

Richard
