Still @ 11.0.1 here, but Warringah, Cumberland and Macarthur are being rolled out over the next month and a half.

Yes a codeplug or listing even from the codeplug would be exceptionally handy. It's funny when I spoke to the tech department for the RFS some time back I stated how having the up to date info being given to us (at least rx frequencies to channel number to channel name) would be handy and they agreed and supposedly were already working on something yet ... here we are 2019 and it's all secret squirrel hush hush. Even the installers don't have a copy of the codeplug as it's all pre-programmed from wherever and then you get jackass paid staff abusing volunteers who are being curious of the new changes ..... nothing ever changes it seems despite all their bs promises.

9 - LA LIAISON ANLG National Liaison Analog Repeater and Simplex Channels

What does this mean?
I wasn't aware of any national repeaters or simplex channels.

Likely the shared multi-agency frequencies, which I think are between 422 and 426Mhz.

There is no national repeater network as such, just a group of frequencies that are allocated for liaison, if required, between most first responder type agencies.
