depending on where i berowra the repeater is located you could get out as far as blue mountains and upto the central coast.
When I was at berowra once doing some scanning i picked up my work channel when i was at st vincents hospital enough to tx on it but chose not to

I heard it in use this morning (analogue) while mobile from Glenmore Park into Penrith, it was quite scratchy for me & I doubt I would have been able to key it up on 10w so I did not bother.
Also I heard on 439.825 which is another WICEN repeater located at Kurrajong, that 438.275 Berowa is linked to it, along with a 2m repeater at Berowa, the Kurrajong WICEN repeater I can access from my handheld inside my work at Penrith

thanks for pointing that out, been listening to it today at work & heard a couple of strange callsigns on there, no VK2 prefix & just using "F" calls which don't come up on the ACMA database.... also heard someone call out "pirates" which made the "F" callsign go quiet....
