Why would this have been deployed in Grafton, a location where there is no current GRN coverage? It wouldn’t ever be used and seems like a waste, for what looks like an expensive bit of kit.

Surely somewhere within the current coverage area would be more beneficial? At the very least it may then get some usage.

Able to elaborate? Sure, the CCEP will eventually provide coverage up that way, but that is not in the short term.

A CoW such as this could be used today in current coverage areas.
