Damn that Iveco is just about the ugliest vehicle I've ever seen!
I was searching the video looking for a sticker that had it's site number or frequencies but no luck. Looks like 4 bases...

Why would this have been deployed in Grafton, a location where there is no current GRN coverage? It wouldn’t ever be used and seems like a waste, for what looks like an expensive bit of kit.
Surely somewhere within the current coverage area would be more beneficial? At the very least it may then get some usage.

Able to elaborate? Sure, the CCEP will eventually provide coverage up that way, but that is not in the short term.
A CoW such as this could be used today in current coverage areas.
