to many radios as 255 characters is not enough

They're obviously using the NSWGRN RIDs for their DPMR as well. We have a list of which RIDs are assigned to what agencies here:

Traditionally we've shied away from listing individual radio's IDs here publicly, I know they're easy to obtain with UT etc. anyway, but we don't want to assist any pirates with cloning.
