Old Talkgroup back in use?

All,
Noticed today that TG 10131 (D403 BLU MT2) is back in use as the main Talkgroup for Region South/West operations?
NSWGRN site has it marked as now a TBC?

other former ones for the Hunter Region have become active again too over the past few weeks

The usual Metro East and Wetro West patched channels have also been operating off 'old' talkgroups (D108/D109). I thought they may be the 'B' channel variants or dedicated console patch channels. It doesn't seem to be permanent and changes regularly. Today they are back to using the usual channels as the patched channels.
