But seriously- it looks like it is based on a press release provided by someone from the RFS. Good luck to them, they have a job to do & so does the "other" agency.

That's a bit rough Richard, are you forgetting that your on a scanner forum where it is our hobby to listen to the radio in whatever form we wish ?
