Yes, the Birtinya site is up and running (site 279). Replacing the COW setup that I posted about in the thread on 8 April. I will you email you the site information when able...
No other new peers visible on the Brisbane sites I can receive so I don't think they are running as yet.

Re: [QLD] Government Wireless Network (GWN)
Thanks again to Wonky, the Birtinya site has been identified as Site 002-079 and updated both on the forum list and on the QLDGWN map.
If anyone on the south side could check any of the others I'd be grateful? Just remember that they are all in-building sites so may not be receivable unless you're very close by?

With thanks to the forum member who just emailed me some UT screenshots for site 002-079 - BIRTINYA (Sunshine Coast University Hospital), I've just updated that site on the list with new Peers, as well as adjusting the peer lists of all of its peer sites.

Re: [QLD] Government Wireless Network (QLDGWN)
It's been a while since there was anything to update for the QLDGWN but there was some movement this week.
A new site was added...
Unknown Site # - BRACKEN RIDGE (Reservoir off Jude St) - ACMA Site: 12541
420.1125
420.2375
420.3625
420.4875
420.6125
420.7375
...except there is already a site at Bracken Ridge (001-052) with all of those freqs plus six extras (ACMA Site: 12540) so I'm guessing maybe that site is being moved slightly but the old site is still licenced and I don't know why half the freqs would be missing?
And much the same story at MT BRISBANE except more obvious...
Decommissioned (was RFSS 002 Site 027) - MT BRISBANE (TMR RoadTek Site) - ACMA Site: 14281
...has had all the GWN freqs removed from the ACMA listing and was moved to the "Decommissioned Sites" layer, and a new site, which I'm calling...
RFSS 002 Site 027 - MT BRISBANE (Telstra Site Brennans Gully Rd) - ACMA Site: 9026933
...appears to have replaced it but this time with all the same freqs licenced.

I would assume so but I'm nowhere near close enough to monitor.
Encryption is a bit like a new tax... once they come into being they're here forever!

Andrew,
I think Bracken Ridge is a straight up move of the site. I have noticed that I receive this site a quite a bit more constant (the control channel was a bit up and down) now. Channels still the same. Everyone is still encrypted.

Thanks Wonky,
I thought that was the case, it's just that only half the freqs got transferred and the old site is still licenced.
Maybe it was just getting too close to the weekend and they will finish the paperwork next week?

Not sure what they're doing (if they even know themselves) but this site...
Unknown Site # - BRACKEN RIDGE (Reservoir off Jude St) - ACMA Site: 12541
...which was only added a week ago has just disappeared from the ACMA listing again. I was expecting the other (original) site at Bracken Ridge (ACMA Site: 12540) to go, I wonder if someone deleted the wrong licences?
Assuming this was a mistake, I won't add this to the decommissioned sites list, I'll just delete it again.
Andrew
P.S. I must get around to adding the Local Govt Areas for QLD someday too, it is on my ToDo list, it's just that things keep getting added to the top of that list, not the bottom!
