Broadcast on Channel Whiskey at 9am that encryption will be switched on for Channel Whiskey at midday today .... do not change zones until instructed to do so ... refer to notice provided by the communications group (or something similar). Essentially Bowral to Wagga will be encrypted

I am monitoring 469.3125 at Robertson from my Liverpool location. Pretty clear from what Garry and I have heard north of Sydney that Zone 3 is Digital Clear .... Zone 4 must be Digital Encryption. A blueprint for regional encryption.

Yep agreed.
Admins I think this can now be locked. Perhaps a sticky to say that Whiskey is now encrypted, but basically it will turn into the old proverbial p!$$ing match about encryption.
