NAC61F is also being used on the north coast and Taree-Manning Great lakes area.

Word is that Goulburn and surrounds will switch to P25 this week. Be good to know if someone down that way could confirm. Be interested to see if my idea about the analogue UHF will be correct, or if only the VHF will remain.

Hi all,
The P25 has been on in Goulburn for a couple of weeks admititally in an abreviated form. only Zone 3 Ch 007 (468.000)(Goulburn) and Zone 3 Ch 035 (468.700)(Marulan) have been active and its not presently in use by the local crews.
Ive been listening and streaming it since they came online.
I've also been scanning for the new channels to come alive but no more as yet.

While im reporting, there has been a new channel come alive to the south of me near the ACT border. Zone 3 Ch 129 (468.5625mhz NAC61F) located at Bywong Hill. it will fix a massive blackspot north of the ACT border and covers Sutton, Gundaroo, Bywong, Wamboin. gets out well i can pick it as far north as Wollogorang on the Federal Hwy(15km S of Goulburn) and in Queanbeyan West.

cheers all

For all you folk in the Goulburn area, the NSWPF via the ACMA database has added another P25 frequency

Licence: 1957195
Site: Goulburn Mulwaree Council Site, Bannaby Road, BANNABY HILL
Output: 468.2375 (Ch 116)
Input: 458.7375 (Ch 116) and 458.4750 (Ch 11)

Is there a Vote 11 in the area?
