You still hear the odd car on whiskey on Z3

I was logging encrypted November in the background on Friday and Saturday last weekend using the ARCD25 software .... a total of 13hrs .... from the files captured I can say all radios were encrypted. I was running simultaneously DSDPlus 1.074 on Oscar and Papa for 18hrs while it was still in the clear. I am back up there on Mid North Coast for Xmas for 4 days.

Dont expect the cars to remain that way. When whiskey went the RID's remained the same for a little bit. There isnt too many left now from before encryption. The only one i make out now is Wagga 15.
All the ones from around the southern tablelands have changed.

These are the north-west nsw police frequencies that Garry alluded to a few weeks back and I had overlooked at the time on the ACMA database. They appeared during February 2015 under a different number sequence than normal, namely 1804XXX.
