Further to the above, one PF site disappeared from the ACMA listing today...

COLLARENEBRI (Police Station 25 Walgett Street) - ACMA Site: 11095

...so I'm guessing it was just moved?

A little movement on the NSWPF sites list, one site that was only added back in April this year was deleted again around July 17th:

TANTANGARA (Tantangara Radio Station Snowy Mountains) - ACMA Site: 9774

And two new sites were added:

GIRILAMBONE (Telstra Exchange) - ACMA Site: 10992 - 467.8875 MHz - added July 17th
BIG BUGTOWN HILL (NPWS Site) - ACMA Site: 205537 - 163.5875 MHz and 163.6125 MHz - added today (August 13th)

Back in July they must have added a site and deleted a site at the same time and, because I only search totals to save time, I missed it.

VL2KJ is the call sign of NSW Ambulance. They used to refer to themselves on air as ‘KJ’. I assume that is what he means.

Well, they do not now.
On my local channel (Southwest Sydney) i heard them greet crews with "welcome to the mess that is the southwest" after several shootings and stabbings
I have never heard the 2KJ callsign broadcast

The KJ callsign isn’t really applicable on the GRN though.

I know one of the radio techs uses it when he is operating on the PMR network, but as Matt pointed out its not really applicable to GRN.
