HWP bloke pulls up a Tarago reported by a citizen as being full of drunks.
Does the checks.
Comes back on and says "all of the passengers are drinking. Driver is as sober as a judge.............some judges".

Least he was doing the right thing, can't knock the driver and his passengers who obviously had him as the designated driver for being sensible for doing this. Kudos to them.

I wonder if he fined them for open alcohol in a vehicle, that is illegal. :lol:
