Is 489.300 a typo? Maybe it was suppose to be 469.300.

I'll have a listen to 469.000 next time something is on at the Blue Tongue Stadium.

There was definitely a mistake
Not a typo .... just the fact that it appeared
I think it was suppose to be a covert frequency that got published accidentally
It is encrypted so there is no harm done

Some of the special op channels have been updated recently with a new site on the acma

468.8250 Randwick input 459.3250 Ch 40

468.1000 is paired with 469.03750 Ch 148 (Tx Maroubra) but can be split into separate channels
468.1375 is standalone at this site
468.8250 has two sites - Randwick and Sydney Airport

While i was scanning the 468mhz band last night i noticed that 468.7875 NAC293 (vote 115 Romeo Special Operations Tx Maddens Plains) was patched in with 468.3000 NAC61F (Tx Maddens Plains & Berkeley Vale) with same dispatcher ID. This dispatcher is normally seen on Channel Whiskey so i figure the special operation was across both Romeo and the Old india South part of Whiskey
