WTB Radio with discriminator out or Winradio

I have the hand-eye coordination of a two year old and have no intention of going anywhere near a soldering iron. Anyone have a Winradio or scanner with discriminator output going for sale?

I have an old Winradio 1000i
It works well decoded the old 4.1 Smartzone system CC ok. Have not tried any P25 on it but I can't see why it wouldn't
Only bummer is it's an ISA interfrace to the PC
Make me an offer

Ah don't have any old motherboards with ISA so would have to be PCI or USB/Serial
