Hi Guys,
I have a problem with RF interference (HF 40M/80M) getting into my weather station (La Crosse 2355), causing errors in the data.
One proven fix is to replace the unshielded 4 core connecting cables with some form of shielded cable; people in the past have used Shielded CAT 5.
I have heaps of normal Cat 5 but need some shielded.
Anyone know of a cheap source of something suitable? Maybe someone in Sydney has some lengths cluttering up there shed they would like to dispose of.
My weather station can be found on the Weather Underground web site at INEWSOUT87
Regards
Kev
