Does anyone know where I can get some Icom accessories
program cable
programing software
and maybe some speaker/mics
any help would be great

MasterCom in sydney are the first place that comes to mind...

if not then check out the icom australia website as there is a list of all dealers on there, and i'd hope one of them could sell you something
