Phillips PRM 8025 VHF Lowband 66-88mhz radios $150ea (I have several)

You will get
1 x PRM8025 in working order
1 x Phillips speaker with lead
1 x Power plug/speaker cable(short)
1 x Microphone
1 x Magnetic Mic clip
1 x Mounting bracket

100channels, good working order, removed from working installs when upgrading to trunked network

Perfect for monitoring the NSW Police VHF lowband network and also National Parks and Wildlife(NPWS)

what is required to program one of these radios ?

is it like programming a motorola or like programming a scanner ?

Not difficult at all, cable is $29p/p from www.radioworks.com.au, software is available online(simoco don't charge for regular FPP software for their radio equiptment)

Settings are pretty basic, tx/rx tone can be the most basic setup. all display settings are already in there from previous use so you could in effect leave them as is if it suits your application. Scan groups is easy as well, just a few tick boxes etc

I'll be listing some on ebay 2morrow.
