Pyrmont Bridge Hotel

Post by citabria » Sat Jul 04, 2009 1:52 pm

Does anyone have the security frequencies for this lovely, high class establishment?

Being such a great place with nice clientele, I believe the security channel might be of interest to listen to occasionally :)

From my brief monitoring a lot of CBD pub bouncers use UHF CB - i would look there ... probably 90-95% liklihood there are there. Security CB UHF tends to be in use only on Friday and Saturday nights as a rule

agree there grant and thats only because companies are too lazy to get their own dedicated freq licensed...

Its quite funny in newcastle as some local establishments have the same pl tone and on certain nights when the conditions are right they cut over each other because of the ducting...

I posted this on another website in May 2009 (that site now is more or less defunct)

"On Saturday night I was at work for what ended up a quiet 12hr shift. From my location in the Haymarket area near Central station (10 floors up) I decide to target the CB band in the hope of catching some of the pub security. To my suprise the CB band was very active after midnight with many low-powered pub security users. In contrast it was dead quiet on Sunday night. (Obviously Friday & Saturday are the nights to listen!)"
