SMH still doesn't know the difference between SECRET, TOP SECRET and IN-CONFIDENCE

Maybe someone should leak a copy of that page of the Protective Security Manual next time.

I thought the publication of that sort of material by the media was covered by a blank "D" notice or whatever they call it ... maybe not

D-Notices are voluntary, and anyway there's nothing to cover this sort of material in the notices that are in effect.
