Hi i'd like to listen in on helicopters over sydney , does anyone have frequencies they use please,

No, search between 118 and 136 MHz AM.

Depends where they are.. You can find the frequencies on VFR maps and in AIP ERSA but again it depends exactly where they are, and sometimes at what altitude too.
124.55 and 125.8 are Sydney west and east, there's also a few other frequencies for ones in and around the Harbour and ones running up and down the coast on the run known as Victor One.
