AUSTRALIA DAY

Hi all just been reporgraming the scanner wondering what eveyone are going to be scanning tomorrow grn, marine,airband.Will there be much on 800Mhz Trunking or LTR to listen out for or anything else i have missed hope everyone has a good day and happy scanning.

GRN im assuming will be the best one, RFS stateops is busy, SES channels are busy, heaps of them heading north, as well as local jobs with the current extreme weather.
Keep an eye out on 1090x for Sydney Ferries, was some chatter the other day on the rosters channel about activities.

in NEWCASTLE today we also have the National Maritime Fesival

logged so far are -
GRN tg 10952 , maritime control, and maritime 1,2,3,4,5,6, as well as the water rats

plus all the other marine channels as the harbour is still working
vhf 09, 06, 08, 16

Transits are also busy around Newcastle Station with the normal amount a youngins heading to the Big Day Out down your way

Campbelltown council moved their Australia Day activities to Ingleburn, not sure what was on this year as wasnt interested in travelling up that far. Not a great deal on Site 109 for SES/RFS so not sure if they are apart of the program this year
