Bathurst 1000 dmr

As I suspected all the track radio traffic at Bathurst 1000 this year Is DMR .

Cars are still NEXEDGE, and last year the Fox Sports team were using 470mhz Hytera TETRA.

On Gearhouse Broadcast's V8 Mt panaroma acma site there were already four DMR frequencies with the correct Emission designation listed prior to 22/9/16.
465.6750, 466.0375, 466.3875 and 467.3250

Since 22/9/16 the following have been added.
450.1500 simplex, 450.4375 simplex, 470.6500, 471.0750, 486.2625, 486.9500, 487.0500, 487.4000, 487.5250, 487.7625, 487.9625, 488.0750, 488.3125, 488.4375, 488.5500, 488.7875, 488.9125, 489.1250, 489.3375, 489.5750, 489.7875, 509.5625 simplex, 509.7625 simplex

Your right Kev, but there's still one analog race control freq. 470.650 It sounds like a re-transmission though, the audio has got that digital ring to it.
Grant ,as Usual, the emission designator listed isn't gospel. For the supercars I just look for the listings with the freq down to the Hz. (MHz to six decimal places( of course)) The transmission is as narrow as a pin point .
Theirs like, 4 pages listed now for gearhouse.

Yeah I found that analogue R/C freq to but defiantly a retransmission or patch of some sort.

487.4000 Race Control – Fire – Will need radio to hear DMR – no normal scanner will work
489.3375 Race Control – Recovery
487.0500 Race Control – Starters – Course car

487..5250 Race Control – Medical

487.4000 Race Control – Fire

Were they all DMR holden racer? All the cars were between 500-506 in NEXEDGE
