10092 seems to be a discrete backchannel
I went through my log for the 7th January ... logged three users
Two of the radios were Fire Investigation normally on 10046 and one radio was from the State Ops channel 10074
I would assume there is a rfs radio profile for a limited number of "high level" rfs users that include discrete channels up to 10092 and higher

I've logged a couple if talkgroups around this one, none over the last couple of days however. I believe all used RFS radios.
It does appear that each time a particular RID ending in 407 keys up on talkgroup 10046 (FUI 2), talkgroup 10092 is keyed up at the exact same time, but using a seperate RID ending in 406.
My thought was a liasion channel of sorts, as you say for use by a set number of users only. Probably between the FIU guys and headquaters.
Re: Fire threat - Tuesday
You will find that 10046 FUI 2 is currently being used by the RFS Mitigation Crews.
I often hear them call up around 7-8am to say what job they are going to for the day & channel is manned till around 2100 daily.

Can someone tell me what I'm hearing on 467.325MHz? I have it as RFS State Ops, but I'm hearing mostly Blue Mountains comms. ACMA has it on Horsley Park only.
