UniTrunker

Post by Wonky » Thu Aug 14, 2008 6:28 pm

Hi all,

I am running UniTrunker (GUI Version) on some 800MHz systems, however, on the options tab when I select 'Australia' for the 800MHz band plan, UT does not save it.

I have tried several different ways, selecting (hitting enter) and saving with no decoding going, and with decoding funtioning. Everytime I open UT back up though, it has the North America plan as the selected plan :?

Has anyone been able to get the Aust. band plan saved?

Unitrunker, have you had this one come up before?

I've had the same problem as well. Haven't found a solution yet.

Thanks pks,

Sounds like it might a software issue then. I see unitrunker, (AKA Rick, AKA UniTrunker author) is a member of this new forum. I might drop him a pm to make him aware of it.

I have never been able to get my head around the GUI stuff, so I have taken the easy way out and stayed on the old version (1.14) which is pretty stable. MattSR helped me to get the new version running but i knew straightaway it was not going to be an easy thing to handle. I just don't have the patience for dealing with bugs. Doesn't help the development cycle of the program but helps me to be calm and happy.

Has anyone had a play with the "Feeds" option in the new Unitrunker? I'm running V1.0.0.13 and I've been trying to get this feature operational but I don't really understand exactly how it works? I've read what I can (on the UtahRadio and RR sites) but they only mention the feeds in passing which doesn't help me?

I would really like to be able to publish several feeds on a webpage for others with UT to view and likewise it would be great to be able to watch feeds published from other areas?

Can anyone (Unitrunker) give me any tips and tricks to getting this working?

Andrew
