Does anyone know who supplied the Sydney CBD Emergency Warning System? I'm interested to know what the antennas are for on top of the speaker arrays.
Wikipedia suggests Bosch supplied the Sydney system, but I can't find any other reference to that on the net. This company makes military WiFi audio link systems, http://military.technomad.com/products/link-kits but they are different to the Sydney system.

the government probly used the same contractor that setup the radio system at a very prominent sydney hospital, when the power goes down the radio repeater dies...

Doesn't matter, doesn't work properly anyway.

If you were to 'terrorise' the city, just do it at 12.15 on a Friday at the end of the month, everyone just disregards it as it becomes more of a nuisance more then a warning system.
