Does anyone know what the situation is with the new M4 WestConnex tunnel still lacking GRN/it not being turned on yet?

I've taken a work car through there multiple times since it opened and my radio just craps out with "out of range" when I get inside.

Control channel is suppose to be 422.5000 Site 001-112 Leakey feeder
Are you saying you are not picking it up whatsoever.?
I would suspect that it is probably agency limited to just Ambulance, Fire Brigade and RMS-Roads talkgroups.

Interestingly, today, a QLDGRN radio ID popped up on Castle Hill 1-75 site, testing Phase 2 TDMA voice on talk group 11677.

ISSI testing is well underway!

Ah, I was running on the RFS talkgroup TG57 STATEOP (10074).

Now that I think of it seeing the RFS is running fleet mapping across the board, they might not have bothered about the M4 tunnel...

Although, 10074 isn't fleet mapped - unless RFS talkgroups are just wholly blocked out on the GRN side.

More testing on the Castle Hill site this afternoon, with 11 new/reappearing channels coming back online. All are listed as TDMA.

Only tech radios are operating on these channels. General traffic doesn't seem to move onto them.

As it turns out, 001-001, 002-001 and 003-001 all exist and are all set up as test sites, which peer off 001-075, Castle Hill.
