Site 013 now operating on Alt cc - 04-0874 .

JAFO, i'm sure you're aware but most rfs TGs are now geo-locked, possibly why you had difficulties.

I can see why they did that as usage was really being abused by RFS radios tying up resources listening to 'foreign' talkgroups, but it's a PITA too as it forces crews travelling out-of-area to play 'find that channel' again like the bad old days.

The GRN was supposed to solve that problem.

Yeah I do know that had been done in the pass, but hy you never know until you try :-)

Would be interesting to see how good the coverage area is . . .

As expected, two of the misplaced Microwave Relay sites were removed from the ACMA today:

Microwave Relay Site - CASINO (Water Reservoir Tower Walker Street South) - ACMA Site: 8288
and
Microwave Relay Site - SOUTH WEST ROCKS (Ambulance Station Mitchell Ave) - ACMA Site: 9002100

AFAIK that just leaves one more to be deleted...

Microwave Relay Site - BYRON BAY (NSWRFS Site Coopers Shoot) - ACMA Site: 34911

...but two of the microwave links are still to be moved (and the third deleted), so I'm guessing that will happen shortly?

As per usual Andrew, top work. I very much enjoy seeing your (almost) daily updates on ‘bits and pieces’ of the network that are changing.

Bigfella237 wrote:Thanks again to Matt, the following have been added to the list on page 1 of this thread and updated on the NSWGRN Map:

RFSS 001 Site 025 (BDA) - CASTLE HILL (NWRL Underground Repeater Showground Railway Station) - ACMA Site: 9026268
RFSS 001 Site 026 (BDA) - CASTLE HILL (NWRL Underground Repeater Castle Hill Railway Station) - ACMA Site: 9026265

I would guess that these two sites are just the bases for several stations in either direction along the North West Rail Link (or whatever it's called this week), and I don't think those additional stations need to be licenced on the ACMA so we'll have to wait until the line opens and someone can monitor from within each station before they can be added to the list (if they even need to be)?

Your current display of Site Numbers and locations would be correct
I cant hear Site 001-025 cc 416.5125 at Rouse Hill + Showground URS from Liverpool due terrain (ie hills in the way)
Site 001-026 cc 416.8125 would have to be underground at Castle Hill as it is the Kurrajong Heights GRN Control channel frequency and that is all I am hearing. An above ground location would clash with Kurrajong

A new GRN site was licenced on the ACMA today:

Microwave Relay Site - YOUNG (Reservoir Hill Council Site) - ACMA Site: 9560

Only link frequencies licenced so far (up to site 002-048 Warraderry). Looks like this will be a second site for Young unless the other one at Boundary Rd gets removed for some reason?

Nothing to add to the forum lists yet but updated on the NSWGRN Map.

Thanks Mike,

RFSS 001 Site 076 - GREGORY HILLS (Badgelly Hill off Badgally Road) - ACMA Site: 502432

...moved to the zone 1 list here on the forum and updated on the NSWGRN Map.

And of course I removed it from the Unid list, and I've updated all the sites listed as peers above to add 001-076 to their lists.
