The "private data" on the GRN P25 system that we see on some of the logging programmes appears to be some sort of system messages between the P25 trunking controller(s) and the radio.
I was talking to somebody who was using a new radio and i just happened to be running the Pro96.com programme at the same time and noticed a string of private data logs.
We established that the user was not communicating to anybody, gps recording was not enabled and basically came to the conclusion it was a string of system messages.
I am on the outside of this whole P25 thing (don't have any special access to information) so i can't be sure
