I've seen 11676 coming up and testing TDMA slots on 003-004 Mt Ainslie. Also RIDs in 1054nnn range. Perhaps a test talk group?

Parked Unitrunker and DSD on the Castle Hill site 001-075 yesterday while i was out and managed to capture a couple of GRN techs (RID 2920XXX) carrying out TDMA testing in the late afternoon using TG 11677 and what appeared to be external call testing

So in the transition to Phase 2 TDMA this will be the channel display on Unitrunker for 001-075. (On a big site like GPT Sydney CBD you would be looking at close to 70 frequency enteries).
There were no hits on my log for the second time slot on the control channel and backup control channel

on DSD the TDMA P2 channel is displayed as "420.175-1" or "420.175-2" etc

Control channels are FDMA only (at the moment) so the concept of a slot doesn’t apply. The TIA is working on a TDMA CC variant, but don’t expect to see it any time soon.

A CC is just FDMA, so there is no first or second or any other slot.

In general, no. Local arrangements only, for example Central Coast RFS (ie Gosford / Wyong) are taking calls for Central Coast VRA (General Land Rescue) on the local RFS talkgroup (it think it ends up on Cental Dispatch usually) . However the compatibility is there.

Folk may want to comment if they know of other VRA units on RFS control.

Same goes with Dubbo VRA on the Orana RFS channel, and Wagga Wagga VRA on the Riverina RFS channel.

Noticed the VRA being tasked via the Central Coast RFS channels from around November/December last year. Was definitely confusing at first.

Anyone know why the VRA don’t run their call outs via the SES and their Ops channel? I thought the SES operators had direct access to the police rescue coordinator via the ‘batphone’, which would be essential for timely rescue callouts, something I didn’t think the RFS have access too?

Does anyone know TG's for Dept of Prime Industries?

It's possible their radios are 14 channels.
First 12 are GRN, so wondering if anyone knows those 12 TG's allocated to them.

Also, does anyone know who is 12626, with RID's of 217xxxx and 902xxxx.
