Im pretty sure its been covered before by another member, a little over 12 months ago.
"Community Medic were fortunate enough to be given access to the Government Radio Network (GRN) as a part of a communications trial. Due to the vast geographical areas we cover we needed a system that would meet demand and the GRN certainly did that!
We would like to thank the Telco Authority for their support of Community Medic."

Thanks Matt, I must have missed that post earlier. Their website is here: http://www.communitymedic.org.au/
I wonder if they'll be joining the GRN permanently (I'm guessing their tg/rid allocation would be something similar to Hatzolah's if/when they do)?

Could that have been the "Blue House" Mike? If so that would seem to confirm it is them according to their website (http://www.communitymedic.org.au/the-blue-house.html)?Mike Alpha wrote:One recent transmission on TG 19808 heard by a friend mentioned the "Blue Room"

Does anyone know who uses TG 11928? Heard last tuesday night a lady critising a guy on what area of the floor to clean.
This talkgroup falls between ABC News & Police talkgroups.
Thanks, John.

Thanks for that one, there was a whole lot of talkgroups appearing off GPT a few months ago, mostly affilations, no chatter. Between 11501 and 11999. Can you recall which site you were hearing that one from?
Re: NSW P25 GRN - Talk Groups Part 3
It was off GPT that I heard it off.

Heard tonight on 11928 off GPT the same lady asking staff to go in & clean while intermission was on,mention of the box office. It's some show that must be on in the city.
I went the other week to see Totem (cirque ole) at Moore Park & they had a intermission. Being on the GRN you would think the user would be government related.
Would it be the Sydney Opera house?
John.

If so I wonder if that has something to do with all those new frequency licences at SOH?freqwaves wrote:Would it be the Sydney Opera house?

TG's 19811 and 19812 were active this afternoon off Site 109 - Razorback, same radios were also making use of about 6 ESO talkgroups, and a couple of GL talkgroups.. (About 6-7 radios in total)
