ARGUS - "Big Brother" watching

It is not hard to imagine in the not too distant future that medium level airspace (eg 10-20,000 feet) above large cities will be reserved for surveillance drones. Coupled with other systems already in place (some obvious, some not so obvious or well known), "Big Brother" is slowly becoming a reality.

Go and make your own surveillance drone and watch them back. You can build a fully autonomous drone for under $500 these days. slap a gopro camera with a TX video feed and you have what they have.

It is not government who is restricted to this technology, the same technology is also available to the hobbyist and the public for much cheaper. You would be surprised to know there are probably thousands more drones just in this country then what the Government has, all in the hands of hobbyists.
