"Pirate" CB repeater ??

On 476.425Mhz a faint "roger" beep can be heard in the western suburbs and inner west
It is definitely not Newcastle or Central Coast (Charlestown) nor Ulladulla down the South Coast
It appears from the various comments made so far to be in the far southern suburbs and very low powered
The Sydney metro licence owner (Len Swab) for the old Hurstville channel 1 site doesn't appear to be the source of the signal (in fact from what i have heard Len is recovering from an injury in the far western suburbs and doesn't have site access anymore to Hurstville), so at the moment based on the talk i am hearing on the local Ch 7 repeater it appears to be a "pirate" CB operator running a unlicensed repeater, or perhaps a signal from further south (Wollongong or Nowra?)
A job for the ACMA to investigate?

It sounds like one Ch 7 regular has pinned it down to the Double Bay area
Can anybody hear it from the lower north shore?

I heard a bit of chatter on channel in question wasn't the stuff you would normally hear on a repeater
