Help.... programming bcd996xt for analog nsw grn.

I got a mates 996XT working just by downloading the file off radio reference and just adding the groups that i needed. was far easier and all sites and settings are done for you.
i used Butel ARC XT for it works well. the catch is you have to be a premium subscriber which was about 15 bucks a month from memory.

thing is now would you bother given its nearly over for that system?
