Antenna Recommendation

I have just bought and moved into a new town-house and have been informed by the strata managers I not permitted to mount my discone antenna (Diamond D-130). However I am permitted to mount a more discrete antenna such as a vertical base/whip above the TV antenna.

The antenna:
* will be connected to either my UBC780, Pro2096 or Icom PCR1500
* needs to cover the 25mhz to 500mhz range. (Preferable from 0.5mhz up to the 900mhz)

Any recommendations are welcome.

Has anyone tried the “Centerfire Vertical Dipole”. I can't find an Australian distributor, $US60 including shipping.
