As of around 2210 tonight they have been using pen and paper, passing jobs over the air from one center to another and then dispatching details over the air. Calls are being taken in one center and sounds the like the call taker is coming up on the appropriate channel to pass details.

Just wondering how you managed to find out who makes the bracket? Have you had a reply yet.

Edit, have some working fine now. Not sure what i was doing wrong last time, still can't get type II ID's to work, CPS doesn't want to accept them, guess type II not working is only an issue for another week anyways.

A question for the other moto users. Can you put an alias onto RID's, so that when the PTT ID is displayed it will display the name you give it rather than the ID?

Just another media beat up, just unfortunate it was them. The police & FB revert to the same method of pen, paper and faxing jobs when mainframes go down. Believe the MDT is still up, heard a supervisor asking for a job to be dropped down.
