Also noticed, guards and cleaners at Roselands Shopping Centre wearing Motorola DP3400 Portables, which is MotoTRBO. No wonder the greeks are broke. $8mil euro's to maintain the system? it does not make sense. sounds like they are paying network fees to use the system and that is what they are talking about.

Even so, wouldn't SLSA fall under the tier 1 category anyway? Last I heard, DMR radios weren't up to public safety standards, especially if you're gonna use 'em on a salt-sprayed sandy beach... that's half the reason why they're so much cheaper!
