Ok I’ve worked it out, Unlike the first generation gps enabled scanners (996) in the Home Patrol (HP) versions you have to put loacation date against the sites (as early versions) but also against Departments!!! And due to the favourites structure anything under a location enabled favourite requires...

UBCD436/536 GPS
Hi All, Anyone using a UBCD436 or 536 with a GPS and the GRN set up with location info? I had this work well with my 996 but cant seem to get it working with a 536. Every time i activate location control i get the dreaded"nothing to scan" screen and yes i have location data for the sites set. Help!!...

Hi Mike,
I don't think its a Kurrajong Heights, I am only a few KM line of site from there and i get nothing here on 79.4375.
